Exercises performed during therapeutic breathing exercise make it easier expectoration, but also increases the body's resistance, improves the capacity of the respiratory muscles, improves gas exchange in the lungs and increases the body's resistance to various respiratory diseases.

Assessment
Breathing exercise is a very effective treatment and preventive measure for chronic bronchitis and lung diseases (more than 4 times a year). Before performing the exercises, it is necessary consult your doctor.
