Starting position - sitting or standing, deep after inhaling, blow air through a straw into a cup with with water. For greater effectiveness of the recommended exercises while performing them it is advised to try to breathe deeply and slowly, maintaining 12-15 breaths per minute.

It is recommended to try to pay attention to the correct posture, then breathing will ensure, that oxygen enters the airways and lungs well enough, the whole body improves

Evaluation System
Exercises performed during therapeutic breathing exercise make it easier





expectoration, but also increases the body's resistance, improves the capacity of the respiratory muscles, improves





gas exchange in the lungs and increases the body's resistance to various respiratory diseases.

Assessment
Breathing exercise is a very effective treatment and preventive measure for chronic bronchitis and lung diseases (more than 4 times a year). Before performing the exercises, it is necessary consult your doctor.

Respiratory techniques are excellent exercises to improve respiratory function, from resistance, ventilation and increasing respiratory volume capacity. Generally simple techniques that can be taught to the person and carried out at home. it would be pertinent to develop a detailed study design, with respective evaluation indicators. Bibliographical references that are difficult to access.
