Evaluation System
Breathing is an exercise that involves controlling the movement of the lungs. This makes it effective for improving lung capacity, especially for the treatment of diseases such as Covid 19.

Assessment
Deep breathing restores lung function using the diaphragm. Breathing through the nose strengthens the diaphragm and encourages the nervous system to relax and restore itself.
